How We Work
Discovery Call – We begin with an initial discovery call to understand your project requirements, goals and objectives, and key challenges.
Stakeholder Alignment – Next, we schedule a follow-up call with all key stakeholders to ensure alignment, develop a mutually agreeable timeline and define project deliverables, along with clarifying expectations.
Communications Plan – We create a communications plan to outline key updates, establish project milestones, provide recommendations for internal and external stakeholders, and highlight tools, and resources for promotional activities.
Scope & Proposal – Based on the insights gathered, we develop a comprehensive Scope of Work (SOW) and proposal, followed by a review session to discuss the details and next steps. From initial contact to proposal completion, our structured approach ensures a smooth and efficient process and positive user experience.
David Grazio
Co-Founder and Co-Owner
David has worked in the B2B technology industry for over 35 years in Partner Marketing leadership roles at Dell/EMC, HP, Progress Software, Veracode, and PTC. He is passionate about enabling partners to achieve their growth goals given his history in the channel.
Dave collaborates with business and marketing leaders to develop partner go-to-market strategies that deliver results and optimize marketing program ROI.
In his spare time Dave enjoys traveling with his wife and dog throughout Maine and is an avid foodie. Running half marathon races, playing golf, cooking and baking, along with tapping into his creative side are some of Dave’s favorite hobbies and interests.
Tony Luzza
Co-Founder and Co-Owner
Tony is a seasoned Global Channel Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Leader with over 30 years of experience in Cybersecurity, SaaS, Retail, Networking Solutions, and Cloud Technology. He has a proven track record of building high performing partner ecosystems, developing strategic channel programs, and driving revenue growth through global alliances.
With extensive experience working across North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, Tony has successfully led channel initiatives at RetailNext, Security Innovation, Ipswitch, and Compuware, aligning sales strategies with broader business objectives to accelerate market expansion.
Fluent in three languages, he brings a global perspective to business growth and relationship management. Outside of work, he is an avid ice hockey fan with a passion for teamwork and strategy—both on and off the ice.
